Horoscope ritual 356

descr "Some say the stars control everything that happens in Elysium and some say that it is the other way around and the stars follow the actions of Elysium. Neither hypothesis is right and the stars do not particularly care about Elysium, but the stars contain the record of everything and an experienced astrologer can take advantage of this by observing the ever shifting sky. With this ritual the astrologer tries to interpret the sky to find out about any immediate threats to himself. Astrology is not an exact science and the perceived threat may not be the one that is about to kill him. This ritual is easier to perform in locations of power that are tied to the void."
