Blue Kobold Sorcerer monster 1331

newmonster "Blue Kobold Sorcerer"
descr "The kobold sorcerer is powerful but also quite insane. While their belief that they draw their power from dragons may be harmless, their attempts to mate with them are not.^The diverse colors of kobolds have been widely debated. While some argue that the colors stem from an age-old draconic heritage, other, far more sensible theories, connect their color and demeanor to the elemental exposure that their eggs are subjected to before hatching. The kobolds, in the act of a simpleton, will fill the caverns of the hatchery with everything that they associate with their patron dragon."
