Winged White Kobold Archer monster 1360

newmonster "Winged White Kobold Archer"
descr "Among the white kobolds there are some who are born with wings, a fact in which they take great pride. These winged ones lack the strength of a true Dragon Spawn, but they still have higher status than most kobolds. They look impressive enough, at least to a common kobold. The winged ones are given bows so they can fly about and harass wildlife, farmers and guardsmen at their whim."
