White Dragon Spawn Chief monster 1382

newmonster "White Dragon Spawn Chief"
descr "Because of the high status of the Dragon Spawns, no other kobold is considered worthy to lead them besides one of their own, except for the king or the shaman. As is always the case when kobolds of unusual status are present in an army, this further complicates the already confusing chain of command, which often results in conflicting orders and even more confusion and chaos than normal."
