Asp Turtle monster 675

newmonster "Asp Turtle"
descr "Asp Turtles are the rulers of the sea, because no one would dare attack one of these majestic creatures. They swim around eating seaweed and whatever else happens to come too close. Luckily for the people of Elysium, the Asp Turtle never leaves the sea and thus seldom bothers anyone."
