Basalt King monster 730

newmonster "Basalt King"
descr "On rare occasions there will be a Basalt Prince that survives his state for more than a year. Usually this male angler hybrid is the offspring of a Basalt Queen. The king or so he is called, is the mightiest of all the male anglers, yet completely devoid of any urges beyond hunger, his mind is vacant and he is in every aspect, except when it comes to magical powers, impotent.^ His vacant mind makes him a great vessel for some being or entity from beyond the void. And he will become the eyes, body and voice for some strange creature from another world.^ Even when summoned by a cultist through many sacrifices, he will act erratic and eventually devour the cultist that fed him."
