Pale One Slinger monster 972

newmonster "Pale One Slinger"
descr "The Pale Ones have only a rudimentary understanding of warcraft, but even their slow and simple minds have come to grasp the usefulness of ranged attacks. Most Pale Ones throw rocks upon their opponent before engaging them in melee, but we have recently seen examples of military advancements among the cave dwellers. Slings made from cave cow leather seem to be increasingly common in the armies brought to the surface by the Pale One leaders. While not nearly as effective as the bows or crossbows used by civilized men, they represent a new level of intelligence never before displayed by the cavernous brutes. It is quite possible that the entire race have come under the influence of an unscrupulous human who uses them to his own ends."
