Tatsu monster 1035

newmonster "Tatsu"
descr "The Tatsu is a serpentine dragon with the golden scales of a carp, the head of a camel, the horns of a deer and the claws of a tiger. It is surely as ugly as any monstrosity that serves the Bakemono Kings. The Tatsu seems to be adept in elemental magic, and it can fly through the sky, despite missing wings. It has been suggested that it is their pearl that gives them the ability to fly, but it is more likely that it is their carp scale skin that enables flight. To date no Tatsu has been willing to mould its skin for our sages to inspect, and the Dragon Hunt of last summer was remarkably unsuccessful, with the leader of the expedition being struck by lightning before the alleged mountain abode of the Tatsu was even reached."
