As anyone who has experienced a northern wind or the cold rejection of an Airyan scout will know, air has a coldness to it that will chill you to the spine. The Cloud Dwellers are as cold to touch as they are cold in their hearts, and they will emanate a chill that keeps their armor well cooled."
