newmonster "Magistratus"
descr "With the Coronation of the new Emperor times have changed. Stability and order is spreading, but the Emperor is not yet omnipresent. To mitigate this temporary problem he has appointed representatives to enforce the Pax Imperia throughout Elysium. These governors oversee the construction of imperial statues in distant provinces. They also maintain the Limes, the defensive line of fortifications at the border of the empire that keep deer and moose at bay."
