Tartarian Spirit monster 370

newmonster "Tartarian Spirit"
descr "The Tartarian Spirit is the spirit of a dead titan. It is bound by the ashen earth of Hades and unbreakable chains, and will remain there forever. Fortunately, inventive necromancers have found the means to perform vicarious exhumations, freeing the dead titan from the binding earth of Hades and summoning the spirit to Elysium where it will serve its new master. Having spent eternities buried in Tartarian soil the spirit have become a powerful wielder of both stygian and chtonian magic. The spirit still wields the chains used to bind it in Tartarus, as a reminder that it still is a slave."
