Queen of Thunder monster 473

newmonster "Queen of Thunder"
descr "Thuella is one of the three Elemental Queens of Air, primordial beings spawned from the Elemental Plane of Air at the Dawn of Time. They are believed to be the progenitors of all elemental beings and they each represent one aspect of their element. Thuella is the Queen of Thunder and she is perceived as the most unpredictable and destructive of the sisters. The Cloudfolk and the cloud-dwelling Airya try to placate her through worship, lest her arbitrary wrath be felt. Her children are Thunderbirds who wield and ride the lightning."
