Cloud Lord monster 1310

newmonster "Cloud Lord"
descr "Some of the nobler creatures in, or rather above, Terra Elysiae are the Cloud Dwellers. Just like a swallow is nobler than a badger and the cherry is nobler than the turnip, so are the Cloud Dwellers by nature more noble than humans or most other creatures who live with their feet firmly planted on solid soil.^ Noblest of them all is the Cloud Lord who rules all who live in his realm. The Cloud Lord is strong in magic and talks with both the clouds and the air. Their skin and features are softened by the soft clouds and harsh winds that always surround them, so even the most elderly Cloud Dweller will have skin as soft as a youngling. However, living their lives on soft and cushiony clouds has made a once proud people weak in both mind and soul. The Cloud Lord prefers to lie back in a couch woven of purest air, ignoring any pressing issues plaguing his realm."
